Commodore Club East.
Electrical corrections across residential units and shared spaces, with closeout coordination built into the work.
One property.
Many coordinated details.
At Commodore Club East, the electrical correction scope spans individual residences and the shared systems of a coastal condominium. The project brings together unit-level repairs, common-area work and the documentation needed to support the recertification process.
The electrical scope
- Panel-related corrections, circuit identification and directory work across the documented unit scope.
- GFCI and exterior receptacle-cover corrections where identified in the repair schedule.
- Pool equipotential-bonding work and coordination of the associated testing and engineering documentation.
- Common-area electrical corrections and coordination with property management for access and inspections.
Coordination through closeout
ANRU works with building management and the project engineer to connect the field corrections with the inspection and documentation process. Pool-related work included coordination of the bonding documentation and electrical certification requested for final review.
The project combines completed corrective work with ongoing closeout coordination. Engineering certifications and municipal inspection requirements are coordinated as the final documentation package comes together.
