Details you notice.
Systems you rely on.
Electrical renovations, architectural lighting and carefully coordinated installations for high-end homes in South Florida.

Electrical work that
respects the design.
A considered interior depends on more than the fixture you see. Circuit planning, placement, switching and installation all shape the result.
ANRU works with homeowners, general contractors and design teams to define the electrical scope and coordinate it with the renovation.
Thoughtful spaces.
Careful electrical execution.
Light with intention.
Pendants, sconces, recessed lighting and fixture placement coordinated with ceilings, cabinetry and finished surfaces.
A considered finish.
Integrated LED lighting, closet and cabinet lighting, dimming and lighting controls defined around the selected equipment.
Power for the way you live.
Dedicated circuits, panel improvements, appliance connections, EV charging and exterior electrical work.
A quiet finish.
A deliberate installation.
Lighting can define a room without competing with it. This selection from ANRU’s portfolio shows recessed, architectural and integrated lighting in residential spaces.

Bring the vision.
We’ll discuss the electrical work.
What should we bring to an initial discussion?
Share the property address, renovation plans, reflected ceiling plan if available, fixture schedule, selected controls and target schedule.
Can you work with our general contractor or designer?
Yes. We coordinate the electrical scope with the people responsible for the renovation, including fixture locations, sequencing and access.
Do you install owner-supplied fixtures and chargers?
Owner-supplied equipment can be included in the written scope. Share the manufacturer and model information so installation requirements and responsibilities can be reviewed.
Can you assess an existing lighting or circuit issue?
Yes. Describe the symptoms and affected areas. We can discuss an electrical troubleshooting visit and the next steps for your property.
Your next project.
