Bakehouse Art Complex.
Electrical recertification work supporting the next chapter of a landmark creative community.
A place worth investing in.
Bakehouse Art Complex brings studios, exhibitions and creative work together in a former industrial bakery in Wynwood. For a property with this history and purpose, recertification is a meaningful investment in its future.
ANRU served as the electrical contractor on the complex’s building recertification effort, working within a wider project involving the property’s leadership, engineering team and restoration contractor.
ANRU’s role
- Electrical work supporting the property’s building recertification process.
- Coordination with the property and the wider project team on the electrical portion of the effort.
- Electrical permit and inspection follow-up as the project moved toward closeout.
